About the Role
As a Senior ML Engineer II, Deployments Ops at Cruise LLC, you will have the unique opportunity to work on the world's most advanced self-driving vehicles. Your work will be instrumental in safely connecting people to the places, things, and experiences they care about. We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with a passion for machine learning and a proven track record of successfully optimizing inference for ML models.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize machine learning optimization and inference systems for ML models that drive self-driving vehicles
Collaborate with Autonomy, Performance systems, ML infrastructure teams
Design and implement tools and algorithms for ML optimization and runtime systems
Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure flawless system performance
Continuously improve and optimize inference models and algorithms
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience considered.
Strong experience in machine learning and ML acceleration
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, Tensorflow, C++
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The salary range for this positi on is $161,200 - $237,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
