About the Role
As an Engineering Manager leading out on one of our New Product Initiatives, you will be responsible for growing, managing, and mentoring a team of engineers focused on building a new 0 to 1 product.
As our customers have continued to grow their businesses, we want to enable GlossGenius to grow with them, as a result we’re looking to launch a new product vertical to enable our users to use GlossGenius as the center of gravity for their business operations.
As an early engineering leader of this team, you will help build the team’s long-term technical vision and direction as well as establish processes and drive initiatives (both technical & people-focused!) that will drive improvements across the organization.
This role reports to our Director of Engineering and can be based in our NYC Office or remote anywhere in the US or Canada.

The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $176,000-$242,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in GlossGenius’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within our total rewards offering.
