About This Role:
Working for Cadillac means leading the way for world-class luxury and technology. The Cadillac Marketing team consists of many disciplines including Product Marketing, Advertising, Content Development, Digital, Media and Experiential. As an integral part of the team, you will have an opportunity to work across one of these functions and help with key projects. Many projects include working on key vehicle launches, messaging new technology, creative and development in the digital space, develop initiatives to optimize sales and many more exciting opportunities. You will work cross-functionally and be a key team member in a fast-paced and highly engaging environment.
Additional Job Description
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree focused in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields of study
- Must have a minimum of a 3.0 overall GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Sophomore status or above
- Demonstrates leadership in field of study, extra-curricular activities or service organizations
- Able to work full-time: 40 hours per week during the summer months
Desired Skills:
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience
- Emerging partnership and collaboration skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity, takes initiative/self-directed
- Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust
- Consistently demonstrates innovative thinking that is customer-centric
- Excellent project management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
