MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership
Provide strategic guidance to accelerate global marketing initiatives in alignment with the GM Marketing Way
Ensure alignment across all workstreams by fostering collaboration, accountability, and communication among stakeholders
Proactively identify interdependencies and potential challenges, driving solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
P roject Management and Execution
Lead the planning, tracking, and reporting of progress on key accelerator initiatives, maintaining transparency and providing actionable insights to stakeholders
Drive the progress of critical workstreams by closely monitoring timelines, deliverables, and resource needs
Develop and implement frameworks to measure the value captured from efforts and share lessons learned to continuously improve execution
Act as a central resource for documenting and communicating project milestones, objectives, and outcomes
Operational Support
Provide strategic and operational support to the Global CMO, Chief of Staff, and Global Marketing Hub teams
Facilitate the development and execution of the Global Operating Model, ensuring timelines and deliverables align with overarching business goals
Manage the coordination of executive-level presentations and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs
Additional Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required. Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
5+ years of marketing experience with a proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across diverse cross-functional teams
Proficiency in developing strategic presentations and communications tailored to senior stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, ask insightful questions and deliver results independently
Experience navigating a global, matrixed organization and driving accountability
Flexibility to work various hours in support global teams across time zones
