    Position summary

    es. This role ensures that all electrical software and module requirements are seamlessly integrated into production while maintaining manufacturing quality standards. As the single point of contact to the Electrical Team for all VeSCom releases, the Breakpoint Coordinator will oversee the implementation of manufacturing requirements, best practices, and Electrical Bill of Operations (BoO) elements. The individual will also play a vital role in managing reflashed part usage, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the launch process.

    What You'll Do:

    • Act as the primary liaison between Manufacturing and the Electrical Team for VeSCom releases during launch.

    • Ensure all Electrical BoO elements, manufacturing requirements, and best practices are correctly implemented.

    • Manage and verify the correct usage of reflashed parts throughout the production process.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track and resolve issues related to electrical software and modules.

    • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.

    • Ensure compliance with program timing, quality standards, and safety requirements.

    • Monitor launch progress and escalate critical issues to leadership with clear communication and data-driven recommendations.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in automotive software testing/diagnosis or related experience

    • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Software Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    • Strong background in automotive electrical systems, software integration, and module functionality.

    • Experience with launch and/or manufacturing environments, with a focus on quality engineering.

    • Familiarity with VeSCom processes and Electrical Bill of Operations (BoO) strongly preferred.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional deliverables.

    • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Thorough working knowledge of GMS and supporting BIQ4 Deliverables

    • Vehicle electrical system diagnostic experience such as Vehicle Spy
