Job Description
The Product Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for dealer, field and brand integration while managing to the business goals and objectives. As a PM, you will help create the go-to-market strategy for Connected Showroom with our dealers and customers, both separately, and in conjunction with our Shop.Click.Drive. (SCD) partners. You will be responsible for the marketing, communications, training and enterprise alignment for each new customer experience that is brought to life, as well as drive continued engagement with our customer and dealer audiences. The PM will have responsibility to partner with our agency and internal resources to develop dealer training and communications, collect quantitative and qualitative feedback from our dealers, GMR, VOC, contact center and funnel new ideas into the technical requirements for both the Connected Showroom application, as well as in partnership with the SCD team. The PM will provide outstanding employee experiences which inspire the team to excel in performance and strive towards world-class customer experiences. The PM will encourage challenging the status quo and implement new ideas that will improve dealer engagement, drive adoption and ultimately generate sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain brand relationship with the Marketing, Product, Agencies, GMR, CoL, VOC & Contact Center programs
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive dealer behavioral change in terms of Digital Online Retailing, guiding and training our partners on how to use Connected Showroom as a sales assistant tool, as well as a platform to manage and negotiate with incoming digital leads; partner with SCD to drive attention to dealership websites with the goal of generating increased targeted web traffic and thereby increased lead generation into the Connected Showroom Deals funnel
- Provide analysis and proactive recommendations on the strategic direction for Showroom / SCD programs
- Provides dealer behavior/feedback to the brands & technical implementation teams by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Works hand-in-hand with the Marketing PM for SCD to align on dealer positioning, messaging and timing in communications, training, etc.
- Keep current on all digital trends and bring new ideas to the business on how to improve digital presence
- Plan and coordinate necessary training based on product launch training
- Lead cross functional business performance reviews
- Manage and lead project tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Management Information Systems
- Field sales experience contacting dealers; or, Digital Retail experience in the automotive space
- Competitive and entrepreneurial mind-set to drive lead growth in new and existing markets - ability to identify opportunities and interact with decision makers to provide highest-quality leads as a result
- Change agent with the leadership and communication skills to drive real change in the automotive digital retail space
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to effectively influence others in multiple groups to achieve specific goals.
- The ideal candidate must be a team player.
- Project, technical and process management skills
- Ability to challenge current processes and effectively communicate and influence without direct authority with the internal businesses structure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding timeframes
- Strong organizational skills; Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office products Excel, PPT, Teams
- Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
