Who You Are
The CCMS Planning Team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Portfolio Planning Analyst to support the overall portfolio planning process.
The ideal candidate will have a technical background with the ability to support a large software development portfolio. They will execute and maintain the multi-year, multi stakeholder CCMS Portfolio and manage the portfolio planning process.
What You Do
Facilitate the CCMS portfolio planning process and execution activities across a wide range of stakeholders
Analyze and report out on key performance indicators
Develop and conduct presentations for all levels of management
Identify and implement process improvements.
Assist with the implementation of SAFe Agile practices with a focus on Lean Portfolio Management.
Track and report portfolio statuses on a timely basis to leadership and stakeholders
Additional Job Description
What You Need
A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
3+ years of experience of product and portfolio planning tools (e.g., HP PPM, TFS (ADO), etc.)
3+ years of working knowledge of agile practices with understanding of how this impacts portfolio planning
3+ years of experience in multiple software development disciplines (e.g., Agile, SAFe, Scrum, SDLC)
Experience in the area of project or program planning
Experience in the area of resource planning and management
Able to communicate cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings through written and verbal channels
The desire to learn and a relentless need for improvement.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
Collaborative mindset to create the best solutions
Intellectual agility and creativity to anticipate obstacles and identify alternatives
Self-starter with experience in producing results through influence of peer organizations
Strong organizational skills. Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously
Ability to advocate for and ensure efficiencies of implementation across functional areas
Strong relationship building skills including the ability to relate constructively to all levels of the organization
A proven ability to plan, undertake and finish activities to achieve high quality results

Demonstrated commitment to keeping sensitive information confidential
Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addressees
Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
What Would Be Even Better
A master's degree in a technical discipline, or the background and experience that demonstrates a similar level of the management of large technical portfolios
Experience in the use of current tools including TFS, PPM, SharePoint
Experience in CCMS program management and processes
Experience with BI reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
