    Position summary

    ering both technical and non-technical based projects.

    • Lead project teams in the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time and within budget.

    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

    • Produce and distribute project status reports to relevant stakeholders.

    Project Methodology:

    • Deliver projects in line with our project methodology.

    • Provide recommendations to optimize the existing methodology.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with TA leadership and other key stakeholders to define the project objectives and deliverables.

    • Communicate project updates and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels.

    • Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate project success.

    Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement within TA.

    • Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness.

    Vendor Management:

    • Work in partnership with TA suppliers, GM COE's and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

    Additional Description

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience delivering projects within Talent Acquisition/Recruiting for enterprise-level organizations.

    • Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Experience working in an agile project delivery environment.

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

    • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, HRMP) is a plus

    • Experience using and/or implementing project management software is a plus.

    • Familiarity with Workday, Paradox, and other TA specific technologies (CRM, background vendors, etc) is a plus.

    Compensation:

    • The expected base compensation for this role is $85,100 - $135,900 USD Annually.

    • Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

    • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
