Transformation COE - Retail Innovation Reporting Analyst (Night Shift)

pport for the GM Sales Reporting function, including hyper-care activities and user access management for multiple systems, business partner support, daily monitoring, issue management support, and on-going reporting requirements sustaining multiple regions and functions.

• Support communication to our business users

• Develop standardized reporting tools and dashboards to enhance the customer and field initiatives

• Update and maintain operations process, desk procedures and other documentation.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes.

Additional Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT or related field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in process transformation/developing reports and dashboards/ consulting.
• Detail oriented, with strong business acumen
• Working level knowledge of Power BI

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
• Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques
• Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Important: Must be willing to work on NIGHT SHIFT.
