The Consumer and Investment Management Division includes Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), Private Wealth Management (PWM) and our Consumer business (Marcus by Goldman Sachs). We provide asset management, wealth management and banking expertise to consumers and institutions around the world. CIMD partners with various teams across the firm to help individuals and institutions navigate changing markets and take control of their financial lives.

Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) specializes in creating comprehensive wealth management plans for high net worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, including foundations and endowments. PWM Teams work one-on-one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities and global reach. Our Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) deliver an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of Goldman Sachs and beyond, which may include tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning and private banking and lending services. Are you looking to apply your analytical and creative skills to deliver positive and frictionless digital customer experiences? We are looking for a product manager to join the growing Financial Wellness product team. The ideal candidate is resourceful and detail-oriented with prior experience as a product manager on an agile team, collaborating closely with designers and developers to bring digital customer products to market. As a digital product manager, you will engage with key stakeholders across business, product, engineering and brand teams to develop, prioritize and build the product roadmap for Goldman's Financial Wellness Offering. You will drive thedevelopment process to deliver new features and functionality while identifying and measuring key metrics to ensure a best in class customer experience across our web and mobile properties.
We are seeking an Associate to join our team and help lead the growth of our Data Strategy and Analytics team. The Data Strategy and Analytics role will be responsible for doing data analysis and creating visualizations to identify product insights, address hypotheses and help drive strategy, development and enhancements across the Financial
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Build trusted relationships with our design, engineering, marketing, and other teams to craft and launch beautiful, easy-to-use features that solve customer problems related to personal finance
- Define, measure, and report against key metrics, including the top line KPIs
- Conduct analysis and create data visualizations using Tableau and Adobe Analytics tools to convey product insights and address hypothesis
- Work with product team members and other stakeholders to develop standard dashboards within Adobe and Tableau
- Translate business requirements into analytics specifications to capture data about user interactions on web and in a future mobile application
- Provide data-driven strategic thinking and insight to help the business make better informed decisions
- Understand whether consumers are completing our desired journey and provide recommendations for product improvements to drive business goals and objectives
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Digital Technology, and other Digital Strategy Team Members to help integrate key data points to establish a holistic view of clients across consumer touchpoints
- Further inform product decisions through analysis, user research, and experimentation - Continuously analyze data and feedback to identify both problem areas and opportunities
- Define and help design new features to be built, write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and groom stories with developers and designers
- Support the creation and maintenance of Solution Design Reference (SDR) Documents to translate requirements for engineers and enable a clear source of truth for requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor's in business, marketing, information systems, engineering, mathematics, statistics or other related technical discipline
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience analyzing various data elements, online and mobile customer experiences included
- Prior experience designing, developing, and implementing data visualization dashboards in Tableau or Qlik to provide real-time visibility into performance results
- Prior experience in translating business requirements into tagging specifications for web and app analytics implementations
- Demonstrated experience with behavioral and transactional analytics tools and techniques, particularly in regard to consumer funnel analysis
- Strong problem solving skills. Strong analytic capabilities to provide insights as well as recommendations to make data-driven decisions
- Strong analytical skills with solid foundation in data analysis. Comfortable managing, manipulating and analyzing large data sets
- Ability and desire to work in a start-up paced environment and culture within a big bank
- Robust experience with standard software and web-based tools with the skills of implementation, reporting, and analysis; Adobe Analytics and Tableau
- Proficient with MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong inter-personal skills and a passion to engage with clients with the ability to build strong relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, patience and ability to multi-task and think clearly under pressure
- Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
