    In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, adept at understanding customer challenges in automated speech recognition (ASR) and related fields. You will guide customers through practical deployment and maintenance of speech systems, collaborating to design tailored solutions. You will translate customer needs into actionable technical strategies, create high-quality technical content, and lead workshops. You will collaborate across teams to ensure smooth implementation, proactively gather customer feedback, and stay at the forefront of speech technology advancements to contribute to the development of new products and services.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, understanding and addressing customer challenges in automated speech recognition (ASR) and related fields (e.g., natural language understanding, text-to-speech).

    • Guide customers through the practical challenges of deploying and maintaining speech systems, covering topics such as data pre-processing, speaker diarization, model monitoring, and feature management.

    • Create and deliver high-quality technical content (i.e., best practice guides, tutorials, blog posts, sample code, presentations) for diverse audiences, ranging from technical specialists to business decision-makers.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, engineering, product) to ensure seamless implementation and integration of speech solutions into customers production environments.

    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, sharing expertise and building relationships with key stakeholders.
