Minimum qualifications:

7 years of experience in the digital advertising industry or in marketing functions.
Experience working with Google Ads suite.

This role is part of the Search and Commerce Go-to-Market (GTM) team, which leads the product activation for Google’s suite of Search, Retail, and Online-to-Offline related ad products. The team partners with APAC sales teams, in-country product specialists, regional functions, and global Product counterparts to drive strategy and support operational initiatives.
As an APAC Go-To-Market Lead for Performance Ads Optimization, you will be responsible for crafting and leading effective Go-to-Market strategies for our campaign optimization solutions. Working across performance product areas, you will develop a synchronized approach to embedding optimization strategies at the core of sales and customer workflows, enabling customers to maximize their return on investment and accelerate adoption of advanced ad solutions.
You will orchestrate a diverse set of stakeholders to deliver on a common Optimization vision, driving conversations while also crafting detailed solutions for overcoming operational challenges. You will operate as an advocate of sales teams, elevating product improvement feedback to Global Product teams while also managing local teams on activation goals. You will increase sales activation efficiencies, propagate best practices, and leverage your curiosity for how products work together to deliver a customer-centric approach to optimization operations.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
