The gTech Customer Care team (gCare) plays a key role in Google's success, supporting Sales teams, advertisers, and products that enhance business potential. The gCare Apps, Video, and Display team influences the delivery of campaign optimization, implementation, and troubleshooting by working with Specialists across regions to grow skills, build solutions, influence product roadmap, drive innovation, and identify areas of efficiency within the global gCare organization as well as for our customers. Driving stronger growth in the overall Ads space through optimization practices is an area of critical focus for us.
In this role, you will be responsible for programs, practices, resources, tools, and skills related to the optimization and growth of digital marketing campaigns for advertisers globally. You will manage performance reporting, analysis, and insights/growth consultancy on automated campaigns with gTech Product & Tools Operations (gPTO), Global Product Leads, and Go-To-Market Apps teams.
You will shape product strategy based on gCare practitioner inputs and insights, maximize growth for existing Apps products, help launch and land products with practitioners, and manage practitioner feedback. You will help determine product positioning with practitioners, input on developing leads and practitioner materials, and deliver on product goals by leveraging a practitioner community in gCare. You will identify product features and tools to create value for Google and advertisers, and identify gaps in products and build business cases based on practitioner needs.
