Associate Account Strategist, Scaled, Google Customer Solutions (Finnish)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• Experience in sales, account management, marketing, or consulting

• Ability to speak and write in English and Finnish fluently

Preferred qualifications:

• Digital Workshop certification or equivalent certificate
• Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success through business techniques (e.g., effective questioning, objection discussions, etc.)
• Familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently exceed goals to drive growth
• Ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally to deliver impact, build compelling narratives, and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy

The Scaled Business team specializes in delivering effective solutions to small businesses from all industries and business models.

In this role, you will establish relationships by conducting regular phone conversations and pitches with a portfolio of clients. You’ll use business, problem-solving, and objection management expertise to operate in a fast-paced environment, reaching business and productivity goals. You will influence stakeholders and build relationships, providing solutions, partnership management, and analysis to deliver successful outcomes. Using commercial acumen, you will uncover the business needs of our clients and achieve their marketing goals, while driving business growth through our advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on quarterly business and product growth goals.
• Establish relationships via phone or e-mail marketing.
• Manage a portfolio of small businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building quarterly plans for achievement.
• Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving customer business/marketing objectives.
• Conduct regular phone conversations and pitches with clients to advise them on how to get the best return on investment.
