The gReach Program is a paid one-year upskilling program for recent university graduates and early-career industry candidates with disabilities. This provides exposure to Google careers and enhances professional skills. Participants contribute to the business, collaborate with others, and add lasting value. They will work closely with a host manager and team to identify project goals and support their professional development.
