Experience building customer relationships and advisory credibility.
Experience with database workload migration and moving workloads to public cloud.
Experience in a high-tech or consulting sales environment.
Experience developing and growing C-Level relationships.
Understanding of the financial and technical challenges faced with running modern day IT operations at large-scale and the value and challenges of moving to public cloud from traditional data center paradigms.
Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and bring in ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.

In this role, you will work closely with Strategic Account teams and Sales Leadership to position and sell Google Cloud database solutions. You will engage with C-level executives both internally and externally, providing perspective and guidance on long-term business/technology strategy and investment options. You will also work with solution management functions to streamline, standardize and develop new offerings.

Identify business and technical requirements, understand market segmentation, opportunity identification, and program approach.
Take responsibility for building sales programs and initiatives to win new customers and grow existing customers, by examining and reviewing market trends, competitor strategy and partner/channel capabilities. Act as subject matter expert for business activation, enablement, and in selected customer opportunities.
Prepare and deliver product messaging to showcase the Google Cloud platform value proposition by using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and request for information (RFI) response documents.
Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution providing best practices to customers to optimize Google Cloud Platform effectiveness.
