Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience managing, coaching, and developing a team.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Plx, Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with SQL, database development, and query.
Preferred qualifications:
In this role, you will manage the crafting of scalable solutions for automating reports, dashboards, and business insights so users can quickly and accurately know how key operations and processes are performing. You will work with the Leadership team in understanding their evolving requirements and deliver practical and innovative data solutions that will benefit the organization. You will own the single-source-of-truth for resource allocation to support the strategic priorities of Global Affairs.
