Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, mathematics, data science, or equivalent practical experience.

• 10 years of experience with infrastructure/systems architecture (e.g., data modeling/visualization, data warehouse design, data analytics, business analysis, statistical analysis, SQL).

• 5 years of experience leading data analytics programs.

• Experience with data governance standard operations and best practices.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree.
• Experience developing solutions for the internal customer support and/or support operations domain.
• Experience developing technical Business Intelligence solutions to solve business problems.

Our team runs a range of Business Intelligence/analytics services to guide its operations and improve IT support user journeys.

In this role, you will structure our data and machine intelligence efforts moving forward, optimizing the Googler experience with technology and delivering critical business insights. You will build, utilize, and maintain a consistent data model to generate reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with organizational-wide and cross-functional stakeholders to develop a strategy, service model, and roadmap of data/reporting capabilities that create stakeholder value and lead to measurable improvement in business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). 
• Translate business requirements and dependencies into actionable roadmaps, while ensuring consistency with overall data architecture.
• Formulate priority support platform and system requirements to support systems implementation projects, including the development of data models, data analytics, and machine learning efforts on our support platform.
• Develop a unified metrics framework and financial KPIs to continuously improve user support journeys across IT support channels and digital platforms/services. 
• Deliver data in the most effective way possible, while enabling intuitive and dynamic dashboards that can be configured to meet various stakeholder, and audience needs.
