Business Systems Analyst, Transformation Architect, Marketing

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• 12 years of experience with Customer relationship management (CRM), including 10 years of experience with the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, and Service Cloud.

• 5 years of experience working on the marketing automation solutions and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, as an architect.

Preferred qualifications:

• Salesforce Certifications (i.e., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Pardot Specialist, Pardot Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud).
• Knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and have expanded on those capabilities.
• Knowledge of marketing domain, and privacy and compliance practices.
• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure technologies.
• Deep understanding of Systems development life cycle (SDLC), DevOps, software architecture, and system integration.

As Business Systems Analyst, you will join the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) and help Business Units successfully transform their processes on the Salesforce platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for the architectural outlook for the COE including technical architecture, roadmap, best practices, and platform innovation. You will develop guidelines and best practices for teams to follow and deploy on their own or with the support of the COE, assess technical fit of Salesforce as a solution for various use cases, and consult with teams on leveraging Salesforce native capabilities to minimize custom code. You will also define platform-wide architectural choices laying the common infrastructure for business teams to build their Salesforce solutions, including integration frameworks, data architecture, and security model. You will work closely with Client Delivery teams and Developer Operations (DevOps) to ensure that solution designs meet the requirements of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design analysis and documentation. Support subsequent execution/delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) based marketing solutions to ensure that client use-cases are properly represented within the SFMC platform.
• Partner with the business and development teams to ensure solution designs align with the overall architecture roadmap for the Center of Excellence (COE).
• Create guidelines and tools for release management and change management processes. Collaborate with the Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC) team to identify and execute on areas of innovation and co-development of features.
• Lead the technical design and strategy for SFDC integration with other third-party and home-grown services. Develop Proof-Of-Concepts (POC) and prototypes.
• Advise Salesforce teams across Google, as needed and within the parameters defined by the COE and define overall architectural guidelines/standards for SFDC platform.
