The Channel Sales and Activation team’s mission is to maximize the performance of our product portfolio through a network of preferred distribution partners. Traditionally, the team has developed capabilities for our partner’s retail brick and mortar through a series of programs such as in-store merchandising, sales training, and retail incentives. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to strategize, design, and develop a series of retail programs that will help accelerate the promotion of our Devices and Services in all channels where our products are distributed including physical retail and online.
The Channel Sales and Activations (CSA) team mission is to drive excellence and consistency in retail field programs, deliver outstanding customer experience, and maximize promotion. The CSA team works cross-functionally to set the overall Channel Sales and Activations strategy, manage OPEX business planning/productivity, ensure channel and partner launch readiness, and deliver consistent execution.
As a Channel Sales and Activations Training and Advocacy Lead, you will design and lead Training and Advocacy programs across products for the US region. You will coordinate communication between Headquarters and regional teams, driving solutions for key business needs. You will interface with vendor teams that operationalize and host the training platform, develop comprehensive programs to drive advocacy with associated metrics and operational plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to customize content, tools, and programs to meet partner needs.
