Cloud Program Manager, Global Delivery Center

This role will be remote until October 2022 or when the Google office in Pune opens, (whichever is earlier). After this, you will be required to work from the Google Pune office.

Minimum qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience

• 7 years of experience delivering material digital transformation projects to global organizations

• Experience in program management, client service, and/or management consulting

• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time as needed

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base
• Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions
• Experience leveraging quantitative assessment, analysis for decision-making, and prioritization
• Demonstrated understanding of the broader cloud marketplace and the differentiators in offerings
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space

Responsibilities

• Lead the program management of multi-functional large Google Cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
• Take accountability for our customers to ensure the program realizes financial benefits and transformational outcomes.
• Manage the risks, issues and actions for the account(s), and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, and build mitigation plans as the program evolves.
• Manage the delivery quality of the partner teams and resources, where required.
• Take various project requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives, and break down large projects/processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.
