Minimum qualifications:
JD, equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience with attorney level work.
Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with structuring, drafting, and negotiating a diverse range of commercial agreements (e.g., intellectual property licensing, development, supply, carrier/channel agreements, retail, and marketing agreements).
Experience performing in high stakes and high pressure environments.
Experience in consulting, drafting, and advising customers on technology-related commercial agreements, including multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Experience with semiconductor technologies.
Ability to work comfortably and be conversational across different business functions (e.g., business development, finance, compliance, product, engineering, supply chain, and HR) and lines of business (e.g. international markets).
Ability to support direct negotiation with executive legal and business representatives.

The Devices and Services Legal team supports the Silicon, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations organizations within Devices and Services. As Commercial Counsel, you will work with product, business, and cross-functional teams in strategizing on and drafting and discussing a variety of complex commercial transactions. In this role, you will work with hardware/software development and support agreements, hardware supply chain and component sourcing agreements, inbound services agreements, and statements of work.
