Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
9 years of experience in digital marketing using online measurement, operations, search, display, and video solutions.
Experience in people management, (e.g., managing/mentoring team members, delivering goals, etc.).
Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The gTech Customer Experience team (gCare) team is responsible for all support and services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better solves through interactions, implementing ad campaigns and providing media solutions to customers business and marketing needs. These solutions range from being tailored for certain customers to scalable support for wide adoption of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our users, we partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience.
As a Consumer Groups and Entertainment Lead for Display and Video Services team, you will lead a team of Display, Video, and Programmatic specialists and their managers to deliver holistic business objective-based solutions for the top clients of Large Customer Sales (LCS), as well as tactical specialized services at scale for other Google advertisers. You will deliver a menu of display/video and programmatic services and solutions that move the needle. You’ll also own escalation paths across Video and Display ads and the overall responsibility of representing “One gCare” services to LCS sales leaders internally. These services enable implementation of campaigns and opportunities and answering queries raised by customers and sales teams.
