    Position summary

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

    • 10 years of experience in industry design verification.

    • Experience with functional verification and performance validation of modern mobile processors, microarchitecture, and related technologies.

    • Experience leading a functional verification team for ARM or X86 compliant processor-based products.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • 18 years of industry experience.

    • Knowledge of general purpose operating systems such as Linux and Android.

    • Deep understanding of ARM Instruction Set Architecture.

    In this role, you will lead a functional verification team for the next generation CPU. You will collaborate with design, performance, and architecture teams and work to ensure delivery of production quality CPU designs. The infrastructure will include unit, multi-unit, core, and subsystem level verification environments.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $216,000-$317,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the Design Verification team focused on building the next generation CPU, by building functional verification infrastructure for directed and randomized diagnostic codes.
    • Influence diagnostic code repositories and verification infrastructure that sufficiently enable production quality CPU’s.
    • Assist with performance validation for both pre-silicon and post-silicon.
