Minimum qualifications:

• Experience working with performance creatives, media buying agencies on creative development, from briefs to idea development and production.

• Experience translating data points into actionable creative insights.

• Experience with the Google Ads platform.

• Ability to speak and write in English and Chinese Mandarin fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with media buying or creative development in the mobile games or apps industry.
• Experience working on regional and global TV or digital campaigns.
• Understanding of Branding and Performance Marketing, Creative Ecosystem, and Agency Network/Culture.
• Ability to translate data points into actionable creative insights.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial with the ability to manage multiple tasks, partner with cross-functional teams, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent structured/analytical thinking, presentation, and communication skills, guided by audience and industry insights.

You will engage marketers and creative marketers, and work closely with brand consultants to provide an excellent experience to our customers. You will identify, educate, and invite advertisers and agencies to embrace Google's advertising platforms and technologies. You will also motivate and enable advertisers and creative/media agencies to build the most impactful campaigns on our platforms.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative campaign performance management for our gaming customers in China. Analyze audience and campaign data to generate creative insights and recommendations to improve advertiser's campaign performance.
• Lead creative production by training advertisers and production partners on Google's Creative Canvas' best practices, activating the right creative production partner for each project, and overseeing production.
• Work with large data sets to identify emerging creative trends and drive experiments with customers to achieve creative breakthroughs.
• Work with cross-functional teams, review performance creatives, recommend ideation and execution best practices, accelerate production, drive experiments, and report results.
• Track deliverables, co-analyze results to help build case studies, and report progress to stakeholders.
