    As a Cross-Google Partner Manager, you will shape how Google partners with our strategic Media and Entertainment relationships. With your unique purview across all Google/Alphabet products and services, you'll design a long-term strategy to drive business growth and product priorities for Google while solving for your partners' greatest business challenges. You'll work cross-functionally internally and externally to provide valued counsel to executives and lead new business opportunities/partnership workstreams.

    The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Identify and apply insights across partners, Google's services, relevant industries, and emerging AI technology to spot the plays that create mutual value for Google teams and for partners.

    • Strengthen partner relationships and drive cross-Google alignment by executing cross-Google Joint Business Plans, executive engagement coordination and briefings, and AI-focused summits.

    • Collaborate across Google to identify, drive, and inform the closing of cross-Google deals, often facilitating alignment and communication between multiple teams.

    • Develop an understanding of a partner's Cross-Google activities and opportunities in support of Executive Sponsor relationship with the CEO engagements.

    • Act as an advisor to cross-product area agreement lead, bring cross-product areastakeholders together to facilitate dialogue and alignment on agreement potential and requirements.
