Data Center Operations Manager, Android Labs

Minimum qualifications:

• 3 years of experience managing, coaching, and developing a team.

• 3 years of experience driving process improvement and implementation.

• Technical experience in network and/or Linux system administration, and web or software development.

• Experience with PC hardware, in troubleshooting and repairing servers, and in end-to-end execution and ownership of issues.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with data center operations or network deployment/engineering disciplines.
• Knowledge in data analysis and experience solving complex problems with efficient execution.
• Experience with Android.

About the job

As an Operations Manager for Android Labs, you will manage a team of Data Center Technicians. You will oversee the quality installation of Android test hardware and components, and troubleshoot any challenges. You will manage day-to-day operations and lead the installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of testbeds and devices that is the Android test environment. In addition, you will also oversee projects that grow and scale Android testing into an enterprise operation, lead teams on high impacting and visible initiatives, and develop project contingency plans.
