Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative/business field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in compliance, policy, service level agreement management, managed services, and security operations
Experience integrating processes between public cloud providers, external parties, designing systems, and workflows that help public cloud providers work with external parties

The Managed Infrastructure Operations Practice is an organization within Google Cloud’s Customer Experience environments, supports our partners who operate environments on our behalf, and extend the capabilities of Google Cloud beyond the boundaries of our own data centers to hosted and edge data centers.
In this role, you will lead in defining, developing, and operationalizing the Managed Infrastructure Operations Practice. You will have an opportunity to shape all aspects of this organization and how we create the organizational structure, drive efficiencies across a global operations team, develop scalable tools and processes, and measure our own impact and success. You will provide business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive the internal initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that we stay focused on aligning to Google Cloud priorities through organizational design, long-term planning, and management support.
