Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience with high performance IP (e.g., CPU, GPU, DSP) or system on a chip (SoC) DFT activities
Experience in developing, deploying, and supporting DFT flows (e.g., ATPG, LV, BIST and JTAG)
Preferred qualifications:
In this role, you will contribute to the Design for Testability (DFT) of advanced computer processing unit (CPU) designs from design specification to design convergence. You will collaborate with members of architecture, design, verification, power, timing, synthesis, etc. to deliver high quality DFT solutions. You will solve technical problems with innovative and practical logic solutions. You will evaluate design options to target the highest level of test coverage in mind.
