Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in cloud transformations and in implementing cloud operating models for enterprise organizations.

• Ability to speak and write in German and English fluently.

• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, as required.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with digital transformation strategy, organization design and development, and cloud maturity assessments as well as creating and driving cloud transformation strategies.
• Experience leading professional services, engagements, and teams, including consulting, practice management, and operations.
• Experience delivering cloud operating model transformation, organization change, and culture consulting services.
• Experience in driving organizational processes and culture by operating model design for emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Help our clients assess and develop their digital transformation goal and strategy by defining the priority business requirements and capabilities required to succeed.
• Help customers transition towards cloud by designing, delivering, and managing digital transformation programs, the cloud operating model, and organization culture consulting engagements.
• Lead engagements to inspire decision makers to work with the Google Cloud team for their business and culture transformation programs at Google Cloud’s most strategic current and prospective customers.
• Create intellectual property asset development to support customers’ business goals, strategies, transformation, and organizational cultural change journeys.
• Lead cloud maturity and capability assessments, design and implementation of cloud governance, and operational processes and deliver large consulting engagements for key customers.
