The US base salary range for this full-time position is $119,000-$175,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Perform product feasibility studies including Printed Circuit Board (PCB) component area placement and circuit implementation and routing studies in a constrained system.
• Work with architecture, silicon, software, and suppliers during bring up, and design validation. Contribute to the electrical design and validation of Google's future hardware phone products, focusing on digital interfaces (https://e.g., USB C, SPI, I2C, UART, PCIe, and various MIPI standards).
• Work cross-functionally with mechanical, RF, antenna, Layout engineers to bring new designs out of the concept phase into our production cycle.
• Bring designs to mass production by reviewing factory test requirements, assisting in software bring up, traveling on-site to the manufacturer to ensure the design is built and tested.
• Support the team in debug, troubleshooting, and failure analysis investigation.
