Engagement Manager, gTech

Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience working in digital advertising or analytics.

• 5 years of experience in management consulting, sales or marketing at an agency, on a customer-side marketing team, or in a technology or media company.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
• Ability to speak a clients industry language and understand their business and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message to both technical and business audiences.
• Solid emotional intelligence that enables close working relationships with key leaders in global companies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and clients to establish a technical plan to accomplish joint business plans and improve the client's digital maturity.
• Be the default trusted technical advisor for customer(s) and internal stakeholders, and propose technical solutions for their business challenges serving as a technical consultant, leader and visionary, seen both internally and externally as a collaborative and inclusive thought partner.
• Oversee complex global, multi-product projects acting as the project manager and overseeing deadlines, risks, communication, removing roadblocks amongst other things.
• Lead through informal authority among gTech teams and cross-functional partners, providing consulting services focused on achieving business goals through the use of technology, have the ability to speak the client's language and represent gTech in client conversations, an know the clients problems and proactively suggest solutions and services that gTech can offer.
