Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in a Project Management, Strategy Consulting, Corporate Planning, Chief of Staff or Sales Operations role.
Experience managing cross-functional projects with executive stakeholders, from ideation to completion.

The Global Client and Agency Solutions (GCAS) Go-to-Market team is a critical support team to the sales division that partners with our largest advertisers and agencies. This role is akin to a “chief operating officer” supporting GCAS leadership. It is both strategic and operational in nature, and we are looking for an experienced professional who is skilled and comfortable switching between the two.
As a close business partner to the GCAS business leaders, you will be leading the innovation, design, and roll-out of new sales processes and programs while helping to maintain core operations, cadence and overall business hygiene. This role will also work to ensure smooth coordination and execution between global and local teams, and cross-Google organizations.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
