Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience designing, building, and deploying productivity and collaboration systems.

• Experience scripting in a coding languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, NodeJS, C#).

• Experience in web technologies (e.g., SMTP, SAML, SSO, HTTP, OAuth 2, REST APIs).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing and working with external partners and customers.
• Experience writing structured query language and developing data visualizations.
• Experience with IT security practices (e.g., identity and access management, data protection, encryption, certificate and key management).
• Experience with delivering solutions that meet regional compliance.
• Ability to communicate and influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
• Ability to adapt reusable delivery methodologies and improve them.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to design technical architectures, migration approaches, and application optimizations which enable objectives for implementing Google Workspace.
• Serve as a technical advisor and perform troubleshooting to resolve challenges for customers.
• Advise customer leadership teams in deploying and managing Google Workspace services.
• Liaise with the Engineering and Product teams to commercialize solutions with partners and customers.
• Work with Google’s partners to develop their capabilities in managing Workspace services for their customers.
