    Position summary

    A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver regional Accelerators, by setting up the sourcing process, coordinating selection board, launching of Accelerator program, coordinating across mentors and speakers to deliver content.

    • Engage and support Accelerator alumni, providing product updates, access to mentors / experts and more, inviting to events (i.e. Cloud Next, Alumni Summits, etc.).

    • Manage AI Gatherings and regional influence/thought-leadership engagements.

    • Collaborate with internal and external startup ecosystem stakeholders, including relevant internal teams and regional leadership.

    • Take a comprehensive approach to problem-solving by considering both broad perspectives and intricate details, while integrating an understanding of technology, culture, anthropology, economics, politics, history, startup ecosystems, trends, and their influence on decision-making, market realities.
