Minimum qualifications:
12 years of experience in sales, partner management, partnership, business development, digital advertising or any other business related field.
Experience with people management.
Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently.

Behind every advertising campaign at Google are systems to make it run. Behind every system is the Ad Serving Operations team to make sure that happens flawlessly. As a member of the team, you are a technical consultant with the dual role of being both client-facing and growing systems from the back-end. An expert in our tools and operations, you provide support, answer field inquiries and troubleshoot client issues. Beyond client-facing issues, your expertise also gives you the insight to recommend product and system improvements to our engineering teams. Your interactions on both sides ensure that when clients advertise with Google, their back-end systems never miss a beat.
In this role, you will manage customer relationships and lead the business engagement with agencies in the market. You'll enable your team of executive promoters, people managers, and promoters to always reach for performance goals. You and your team will work with a wide variety of agencies delivering the optimal advertising solution for every partner and their customers.
You will use your knowledge of the agency landscape and online media, combined with your sales skills and analytical abilities, to shape how new and existing agencies will grow. Engaging with executives in key agencies, you will set the vision and the strategy for how they can grow and transform their business. You will work within a diverse and global team with colleagues throughout the world, sharing knowledge of agencies and customer needs in Google products.
