Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in building executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sales experience in a technology, advertising, media sales, and/or internet environment.
• Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising and/or media campaigns.
• Media experience across a variety of platforms (e.g., TV, Radio, Print, Sponsorship, etc.).
• Ability to multitask; with experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while paying attention to detail.
• Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment with excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills.

Behind every advertising campaign at Google are systems to make it run. Behind every system is the Ad Serving Operations team to make sure that happens flawlessly. As a member of the team, you are a technical consultant with the dual role of being both client-facing and growing systems from the back-end. An expert in our tools and operations, you provide support, answer field inquiries and troubleshoot client issues. Beyond client-facing issues, your expertise also gives you the insight to recommend product and system improvements to our engineering teams. Your interactions on both sides ensure that when clients advertise with Google, their back-end systems never miss a beat.

In this role, you will manage customer relationships and lead the business engagement with agencies in the market. You'll enable your team of executive promoters, people managers, and promoters to always reach for performance goals. You and your team will work with a wide variety of agencies delivering the optimal advertising solution for every partner and their customers.

You will use your knowledge of the agency landscape and online media, combined with your sales skills and analytical abilities, to shape how new and existing agencies will grow. Engaging with executives in key agencies, you will set the vision and the strategy for how they can grow and transform their business. You will work within a diverse and global team with colleagues throughout the world, sharing knowledge of agencies and customer needs in Google products.

Responsibilities

• Support reporters on their career growth, coaching and mentoring. Help them be more efficient and constantly expand on their performance.
• Manage a team of people who drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
• Work towards quarterly business and product growth goals for your segment of the business.
• Setup strategy for this team and Digital Advertising Agencies segment. Focus on understanding growth drivers, identifying new opportunities, managing risks, and building quarterly plans for achievements.
• Build relationships with external clients as well as internal stakeholders cross-functions and cross-geographics.
