Lead Product Manager, Business Communications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• 4 years of experience in product management with technical products.

• Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product insight, Go-to-Market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.

• Experience in people management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or a business related field.
• Experience effectively working with multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing.
• Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders.

Additional Information (Colorado only*) Minimum salary range between $219,000 - $236,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. *Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation range for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Managers.
• Bring innovative business generation across search and display to market that empowers advertisers to succeed in bringing users high quality experiences.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on cutting edge technologies.
• Launch products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
• Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
