Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technology/business field or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in Operations Management, Product/Program Management, Policy Development/Enforcement, Process Design, or Management Consulting
2 years of experience in leadership and people management with a focus on hiring, mentoring, and retaining talent

The Trust and Safety team's mission is to protect and respect Google's users by ensuring online safety in core and emerging areas. This includes fighting abuse and fraud across Google products. In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams within and outside of Trust and Safety. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, Policy, and Scaled Operations team to drive operational performance and lower abuse rates. You will enable effectiveness and efficiency by driving intent and execution excellence to deliver cross-functional initiatives at scale.
You will lead the team responsible for reducing policy violating activity across all ads products and policies. You will also enable the deployment of key defenses to stop abuse, and lead process improvement efforts to improve speed and quality of response to abuse. You will identify platform needs/influence enforcement capability design and enable professional/career success for the team.
