Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
20 years of enterprise customer experience, technology delivery, consulting, advisory, or equivalent experience
Experience developing, mentoring, and leading customer experience teams in a delivery context
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree in a management, technical, or engineering field
Experience driving innovation and/or working in customer excellence functions, and building and managing Customer Care, Client-Engagement, and Customer Excellence initiatives
Experience working with clients or environments that have a large global presence
Experience in the technology services/delivery space, including in delivering solutions and programs at scale for global clients and a multi-site delivery context model
Solution/delivery-focused leadership and digital-led growth experience within a multi-product, multi-geography offering context
Success as a customer experience leader with consultative and strategic skills

The Managing Director of Cloud Customer Experience for the LATAM Region will provide excellent business and technical leadership and foster a transformation-led and growth-oriented ethos, supported by a well-tuned operations and delivery engine.

Provide leadership around supporting and facilitating business creation, including budgets, timelines, analysis, and strategy and successfully deliver programs and projects into an engaged landscape.
Be the primary contact of Google’s global delivery capabilities to clients and all relevant stakeholders, bringing in the ability to articulate value propositions and technology capabilities.
