Marketing Manager, Venture Capital and Startup

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience marketing at a Venture Capital firm, technology firm, Accelerator and Incubator or management consulting firm.

• Experience of brand or business-to-business (B2B) marketing in a firm, agency, consulting firm, or other similar.

• Experience in creating and executing impact meaningful integrated marketing campaigns.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience organizing and pushing a program forward, identifying a clear path for all parties, and keeping the group on time and on goal.
• Experience and understanding working with startup Ecosystem in India.
• Experience in running operations work involving large teams on ground spread across the country, and success setting up programs for and with the public/social sector/CSR.
• Ability to take initiative and independent thinking with leadership experience in managing multiple complex projects and impacting stakeholders internally and externally.

The Venture Capital and Startup Partnerships Solutions team is a part of the Global Partnerships organization. Responsibilities

• Uncover insights about founders, Venture Capitalists and ecosystem participants, businesses, developers, Key Opinion Formers, and the Startup Ecosystem to inform initiatives and communication strategies. Run annual surveys to measure impact and do course corrections in strategy.
• Lead the roll-out of existing/or new programs from conceptualization, strategy, planning to execution of initiatives, localization of content, partnerships, communication/public relations (PR) plans and integrated brand campaigns.
• Internalize and bring to life the Google brand, voice, mission, and values in a single cohesive narrative around Google’s commitment to the country throughout the different initiatives that are launched.
• Work closely with, coordinate, guide and influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure maximum impact on the Google brand among key opinion formers.
• Manage external agencies and partners to structure and execute programs, and efficiently deliver on campaign objectives and business goals.
