Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology or equivalent practical experience.
Experience interfacing with hardware and experiment execution.
Experience in calibrating, operating, and benchmarking quantum systems, and related technologies.
Experience with data analysis and data visualization.

Our team is composed of researchers and engineers that focus on the research, development, and deployment of superconducting quantum processors and related components. Our mission is to increase the scalability and performance of our systems at the hardware level, through microwave circuit design, materials science, micro fabrication, and 3D integration techniques.
As a Quantum Measurement Engineer, you will own and streamline the characterization and measurement procedure for our superconducting devices (e.g., quantum processors and amplifiers). You will be responsible for ensuring we have an efficient and reliable procedure for initialization, characterization, and benchmarking of devices, as well as prototype devices.
As our project is in both research and engineering, your role will be to work with research scientists and engineers to test superconducting chips by cycling dilution refrigerators and implementing/developing a standard set of characterization measurements. Your research will generate design and fabrication decisions which will improve our chips performance. Your position will be critical to the advent of Quantum Computing as an industrial technology.
