Minimum qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with enterprise class routers and switches.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with network hardware (https://e.g., routers, switches) architectures, including backplane and ASIC functionality and distributed architectures.
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of networking and application protocols like Ethernet, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and HTTP.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$144,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Participate in rotating on-call or interrupts schedule with other members of the team, including weekends. 
• Identify, define, and update operational requirements to adopt new technology into operations in collaboration with Engineering, Architecture, and Developers.
• Identify network operational and implementation issues, determine and recommend appropriate solutions in partnership with Engineering, Operations, Deployment, and Developers.
• Create, maintain, and review operational and deployment practices across teams.
• Drive efficiencies through automation and perform code reviews.
