Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of professional experience, including 8 years of experience in talent and organization development strategies as a COE or as an HR Partner.
Experience influencing and advising executive leaders, delivering outcomes in a client-facing or consulting role.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in leadership development, education, curriculum and instruction, or related field.
Experience in People Development and Business HR Consulting.
Experience leading organization transformation work, across stakeholder matrix.
Experience in developing and implementing talent strategy for an organization.
Experience with executive presence, including responsiveness, business focus, and sound judgment.
Knowledge of industry practices and trends around learning science, talent strategy, and measurement of leadership development.
The People Development team works to enhance performance and culture by preparing Googlers to successfully navigate their challenges today and in the future. We leverage expertise, engaging content, tools, technology, and innovative design to scale learning and support Googlers at all stages of their careers, from orientation, to manager training, to executive leadership development. In addition to learning programs, classes and resources, we also provide organizational development and talent consulting and customized solutions that increase the health and performance of Google’s organizations and overall business. In this role, you will be responsible for the relationship with our leaders and stakeholders. You will formulate a workforce plan and talent and learning strategy in partnership with the VP of HR, and oversee the activation of that strategy. You will work with teams of Organizational Development, talent and learning practitioners to ensure that interventions and learning activation all come together to achieve business goals, advancing capability and organization health in alignment with Knowledge and Information business strategy.

Develop and maintain understanding of the Knowledge and Information businesses and landscape.
Built trusted partnerships with Knowledge and Information Leadership, HR, and stakeholders.
Build and execute a comprehensive workforce plan and talent and learning strategy for Knowledge and Information , in partnership with the VP of HR.
Partner with HR and People Development colleagues to deliver that strategy and ensure insights and information flow to support the business.
Work with other People Development leaders, bringing your Knowledge and Information business knowledge and insights to help our Center of Excellence (COE) teams design user-centered products and services.
