    The People Systems and Solutions team envisions better processes and builds, operates, and improves upon them.

    As a People Systems Analyst, you will think holistically about technology and develop the system solutions that support our People Operations processes.

Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the day-to-day functionality of the people systems. Lead high-quality support, user queries resolution, and continuous improvement of the system.
    • Deliver specific system processes, including configuration, documentation, testing, and security in cooperation and communication with relevant stakeholders (https://i.e., Finance, Legal, Business HR, Staffing, and Corporate Engineering).
    • Provide workday knowledge and configuration development for implementing features with internal teams and third-party vendors.
    • Develop and share an understanding of workday global business processes in order to allow for effective troubleshooting and predict downstream implications of issues and system changes.
    • Provide customer-friendly management and resolution of user inquiries, questions, problems, auditing of process data, and analysis/resolution of problems and special cases. Provide training and communication with Operations, HR Business partners, and other stakeholders.
