Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in partner or program management, customer engagement with business processes and administration, and operations.
Experience in a partner-facing, product issue resolution support role, or technical experience.
Preferred qualifications:
As a Policy Experience Manager Go-to-Market (GTM) with the Google Play Partnerships team at Google Play, you will focus on the policy success theme, for GTM.
In this role you will shape and own the narrative of our policies to our partners. You will be a subject matter expert (SME) on developers, and Policy requirements to synthesize and prioritize critical developer feedback, thereby informing our Policy teams. In addition to meeting with partners to listen to feedback and shape the Policy narratives, this role will work with Partner Managers, Vertical Leads, Executive Theme Sponsors and Program Managers, and align with cross-functional stakeholders such as Partner Developer Relations, Developer Marketing and Trust and Safety to drive Policy Success GTM. This role will drive the GTM strategy through pitch narratives, training and enablement strategies, and by developing direct relationships with partners.
This role will provide policy expertise and support to both internal and external stakeholders (App and Game) Developer partners. You will be responsible for informing internal stakeholders of developers impacting policy issues, gathering internal context, and communicating informative and actionable information to Google’s Priority Partners. You will play a key role in Partner Policy operations, working closely with Play Trust and Safety, Global Partnerships teams, and Google executives.
