Product Engineer, SoC

Minimum qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience in a product engineering role.

• Experience with test design and test coverage.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in delivering High Voltage Maintenance screening solutions for Mobile SoC designs in advanced technology nodes with low DPPM.
• Experience in evaluating customer returns with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and System Level Testing (SLT) test engineers, identifying test coverage gaps in developing incremental coverage structural/functional patterns to address test quality issues.
• Experience and knowledge of industry standards, design tools, and best practices in Design for Test domain, including at-speed TDF, ATPG, MBIST, Memory Repair, and diagnostic tools for yield improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive planning of design validation and characterization on ATE, device qualification, wafer sort and final test solutions with design, verification and Design for Test teams, and develop documentation, ATE hardware design, and final test program development.
• Establish manufacturing requirements and specifications for delivery of the product with low DPPM and cost of test.
• Design high-performance IC test and characterization flows for PVT, signal and power integrity characterization, and participating in silicon debug, electrical failure analysis (EFA), and physical failure analysis (PFA).
