Product Lead, Android

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 12 years of product management experience with technical products.

• Experience in people management.

• Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product goals, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience building early-stage teams and driving product-led growth strategies.
• Experience establishing first-of-kind engagements with third-party partners.
• Prior Android application, hardware/OEM/SOC-related experience.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and teamwork skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Obsession for delightful, well-crafted, design-led user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide the overall leadership for Android Singapore, and represent Singapore capabilities at the core global Android framework.
• Prioritize, scope, and derisk projects by partnering with Engineering, UX, Business Development, external partners, and third-party developers.
• Grow and foster a highly diverse, inclusive, and mission driven cross-functional team to solve the hardest problems for our users and partners.
• Overlook teams based on key user, market, and technical insights.
