Position summary

Minimum qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in Product Management.

  • Experience in Hardware, Networking Equipment, Operating Systems, and Data Center Operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing technical and design discussions and decisions.

  • Experience with multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, customer enablement, product marketing.

  • Understanding of modern Data Center compute, storage, networking hardware systems and cloud ecosystem.

As a part of the Cloud Capacity Planning team, you will oversee various aspects of the Supply Planning in the Cloud Space for machines and power. You will help build products that enable the creation of short term and long term machines and power plans incorporating business intelligence and baseline/event driven information gathered from all internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead a multi­-year roadmap, balancing short­ and long­-term goals and investments to scale globally.

  • Engage regularly with product area leaders to understand needs and priorities to inform product strategy, while providing transparency into the roadmap and managing expectations.

  • Define end-to-end user journeys, and optimize the roadmap to accelerate customer adoption and satisfaction. 

  • Be a spokesperson for the product, build a strong narrative to articulate the motivation, goals and path to success.

  • Define metrics to assess the performance, focusing on value, usage, and satisfaction.
