Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a Product Marketing, Product Specialist, or similar role working with Product.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working within cross-functional teams to scope requirements, build, and rollout new product features.
Experience working with product and engineering teams.
Gaming knowledge and understanding of the mobile games space.
Ability to guide operational process and discipline.
Solid leadership skills with the ability to both nurture creativity and drive operational processes and discipline.
Excellent communication and collaborative working skills.
As a Product Operations Manager with the Global Merchandising team, you will partner with Merchandising and Google Play’s Product and Engineering teams to ensure users have high-quality and engaging experiences on the Google Play store. You’ll influence the roadmap and implementation of quality and human computation powered experiences on the Google Play store by prioritizing business needs, defining requirements, and coordinating the execution as needed with operations, engineering and product teams.
