Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• 5 years of experience in program management and/or project management, including projects requiring cross-functional team alignment

• Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) program development, execution, and performance monitoring

• Experience in managing projects simultaneously and/or projects involving cross-functional team alignment

Preferred qualifications:

• A passion for DEI
• Excellent project management, program management, and communication skills
• Excellent influencing and relationship building skills

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. As a Program Manager, you’ll lead a team of workflow and workflow tooling leads globally. You will manage the creation, launch, piloting, and iteration of support operational priorities across all geographies, customer types, and case takers.

In addition, you'll manage all initiative-related support operations processes, including workflow product design, planning, delivery, construction, optimization, gap assessment, and more. You'll also align business process governance structures (e.g., owners, managers, analysts, and users) to adequately resource business impacting process gaps and improvement opportunities with the intent to maximize efficiencies for priority initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Google Cloud Support DEI working group, including setting and executing on goals, managing forums and executive updates, and facilitating meetings/summits.
• Activate the Support DEI Ecosystem by launching a defined operating model across key partners.
• Inform, design, and manage our Support DEI objectives and key results.
• Drive communication and progress sharing, including updates at all-hands, and strategy and progress sharing with working groups and leads across functions and teams.
• Serve as a thought partner and liaison with people operations by working with Google Cloud Diversity Business Partners, People Partners, Program Managers, and Staffing Partners. Partner with the Support Learning and Development team to integrate DEI mindset into content, with an initial focus on manager enablement.
